Coaching can help you finding the answers within yourself. I believe that the answers are already in yourself. Furthermore, we will focus on the subconscious and the emotions connected to it. If needed, we can use interventions to get released from limiting emotions or traumatas. By doing this, you will achieve long term results and free yourself from your restrictions. 

EFFORTLESS COACHING

In general, we feel obligated to get the most out of our life and to meet all the demands around us (expectations from friends, family, colleagues, social media...) We can feel anxious and insecure while doing this. The principle of effortless coaching gives you the tools to handle this external pressure, to release yourself from the emotions and old pains which are holding you back and a mindset to achieve a balanced and effortless life. Because of this, you are not longer struggling through your life but you will find a more relaxed way of living. And most of all, enjoy life! 

MEDICAL SCHOOL & HEALTH CARE

Medical school and my job as an addiction doctor gave me a background of many (mental) diseases and more awareness to signal alarm symptoms which need further medical examination. Furthermore the medical degree makes me able to connect the mental processes of coaching to medicine, since the mind and body are inextricably linked. 

EATING DISORDER AFFINITY

I have learned a lot about eating disorders and have experienced from up close what it is like to have one. It is so much more than just focussing on your food. I have the opportunity to coach people with this disorder and the problems underneath via ISA Power as a certified coach.

REIKI

In addition to the interventions mentioned above, we can also use reiki. Reiki is a Japanese healing art which is used to transfer energy to the client by hands-on-body healing. You can receive it when you are stressed, insecure or when you do not know which direction you should take. I don't do total reiki treatments but I use this only supplementary.
